From Dream to Design

In 2019, I had one dream—to build a gym that would inspire people to become stronger, healthier, and more confident. But like many dreams, mine collided with reality. The cost of equipment was far beyond what I could afford.

Instead of giving up, I asked myself a different question: "What can I build today that brings me one step closer to that dream?"

As a certified fitness coach, I designed two performance T-shirts based on my own training routine—one engineered for strength training and another optimized for cardio.
