Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Saudi Arabia & UAE: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. MUSCLE UP is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
