Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition you received it
- In the original packaging with tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@wearmuscleup.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
